Instructions are laughable

The desk is nice. Sturdy enough. But the instructions are a joke. I recommend enlarging and printing them.My husband put the desk together using this method. Working on average two to three hours a night. It still took 4 days. Due to the poor instructions.

Rooms to go really screwed me

I bought this desk maybe 2 weeks ago and it is still in pieces in my office. This grey desk was $200 less than the other colors and now I know why. It has a manufacturer error and one piece was too small and so none of the next pieces fit. I emailed with pictures to special_orders and have had no response since last week. I called customer service and forwarded the same email to the customer service agent and she also sent it again and still no response. No one is fixing this problem and I paid a lot of money and still no fictional desk. This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a business.
